Limit enforcement
- How do rate limits work?
- Each plan has a per-minute request cap. Exceeding it returns HTTP 429 (Too Many Requests). Back off and retry after the window resets.
- How do I know my current usage?
- Your dashboard shows real-time usage stats. We also include X-RateLimit-Limit, X-RateLimit-Remaining, and X-RateLimit-Reset headers on every response.
- Can I change plans anytime?
- Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with a fresh usage period. Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
- What happens if I exceed my limit?
- Requests beyond your per-minute cap receive a 429 response with a Retry-After header. Queued pathfinding jobs are not lost — they simply wait until your next rate window opens.
- Is there a free trial for paid plans?
- The Free tier is available indefinitely so you can evaluate the pathfinding engine. When you're ready to scale, upgrade to a paid plan — no credit card is required until then.
- Do you offer refunds?
- Yes. If you're not satisfied within the first 14 days of a paid plan, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
